Once you are logged into the portal, select My Account in the top right corner of the page. Proceed to select My Profile, Change Email, or Change Password to update your information or change preferences.

How do I recommend offering services that are not listed within the portal?

You should contact the department that handles the service you are wanting to access on MyCounty.Milwaukee.gov to suggest they offer their service online.

How do I see the forms I submitted?

Once you are logged into the portal, you will select the My Requests link in the main menu navigation.

How do I change my password?

You may reset your password here or select My Account in the top right corner of the page when you are logged in. Proceed to select Change Password to update your password.

How do I cancel a form or service request?

You will need to contact the department that provides the service directly. Information on who to contact can be found in the confirmation email you received once submitting your form or request.
